1. Information We Collect

SharkTrackr collects no personal information whatsoever. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or account credentials
• Financial data or payment information
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioural data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to us
• Any data through third-party SDKs, as none are used

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter into SharkTrackr — poker sessions, bankroll figures, venues, game variants, settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the in-app Backup feature to export a file, which you control entirely. No data is transmitted to any server operated by us or any third party.

3. Third-Party Services

SharkTrackr uses no third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or cloud services. The app makes no outbound network connections during normal use.

The App Store distribution of SharkTrackr is subject to Apple's own privacy practices. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how Apple handles data related to app downloads and purchases.

4. Apple Watch

If you use the SharkTrackr Apple Watch companion app, session and venue data is shared between your iPhone and Apple Watch over Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This data transfer occurs only between your own devices and is not accessible to us.

5. Backup and Restore

SharkTrackr includes an optional Backup feature that exports your data as a file to your device. This file is under your full control. You may store it in iCloud Drive, AirDrop it, or delete it — we have no access to it at any point.

6. Children's Privacy

SharkTrackr does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. As no data is collected from any user, there is no distinct risk to children's privacy.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this policy — for example, if a future version of SharkTrackr introduces optional features that involve data collection — we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users within the app. We will never introduce data collection silently.
